  • What day is trash collected in my area?

    Collection days vary by location. Once you sign up, we’ll confirm your pickup schedule with you. You can also check our service calendar online or give us a call.

  • What types of trash can I put out for curb side trash collection?

    We accept common household waste such as bagged trash, food waste, packaging materials, and small non-hazardous items. Please keep hazardous waste, construction debris, and large appliances separate.

  • How should I prepare my trash for my residential trash pick up service?

    All trash should be bagged and placed in the designated container by 6:00 AM on collection day. Ensure lids are securely closed to prevent littering and pest issues.

  • Does Kincaid Sanitation provide the trash containers or do I need to purchase my own?

    We offer durable trash containers for our customers. If you need a bin, please let us know during signup, and we’ll arrange delivery..

  • What items can I NOT place in my trash pick up?

    We cannot accept hazardous materials such as paint, motor oil, batteries, chemicals, tires, or medical waste. For safe disposal, contact your local hazardous waste facility.

  • What happens if my residential trash pick-up is missed?

    If we miss your scheduled pickup due to an error on our part, we’ll prioritize a makeup collection at no additional cost. Please call us within 24 hours if your trash was not collected.

  • How do holidays affect my trash service?

    Holiday schedules will be announced in advance on our website and social media. Generally, collections are delayed by one day for major holidays.

  • How do I start or cancel my Trash Removal Service?

    Starting service is easy — just fill out our online form or give us a call! If you need to cancel, we require at least a 30-day notice.

  • What are the payment options for my residential trash removal service?

    We accept online payments, automatic billing, checks, and major credit cards. Flexible monthly and quarterly billing plans are available.
